Suga International Holdings Ltd. has announced its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2025. The company's revenue amounted to HK$1.388 billion, slightly down from HK$1.400 billion in the previous year. Gross profit decreased to HK$192.7 million from HK$203.3 million the prior year. However, profit attributable to equity holders rose to HK$34.4 million compared to HK$32.1 million in 2024. Basic earnings per share improved to HK12.08 cents from HK11.26 cents the previous year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of HK4.0 cents per share, maintaining the same level as last year, with total dividends per share for the year amounting to HK8.0 cents. The business overview highlights that electronic products continue to be the core revenue source, contributing HK$1.1956 billion, which represents 86.1% of the total revenue and remains largely consistent with last year's figures. The Group has been actively expanding its Internet of Things (IoT) business, which has led to significant revenue contributions due to the development of relevant products and growing market demand.
