Spartan Resources (ASX:SPR) said underground and surface drilling programs at its Dalgaranga gold project in Western Australia returned high-grade results, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It reported significant intercepts of 20.3 meters at 1.57 grams-per-tonne grade of gold from 241.70 meters down-hole, as well as 32.73 meters at 1.62 g/t grade of gold from 237.07 meters down-hole, from over 9,060 meters of underground drilling at the West Winds deposit.
It also reported 18.98 meters at 5.56 g/t grade of gold from 208.8 meters from over 2,830 meters of underground drilling at the Applewood deposit.
The also completed its first-half surface drilling program in June, with a total of 22,921 meters in reverse circulation and diamond drilling completed.
