6月26日消息，世界经济论坛2025年新领军者年会于6月24至26日在中国天津举办。在被问到内卷问题时，海尔集团董事局主席、首席执行官周云杰表示，内卷到底是卷什么，是卷价格还是卷技术还是卷体验，市场竞争很重要，竞争是常态，良性有序的竞争有利于行业健康发展，在这个过程中，更多的还是宏观技术创新引领消费体验提升。
周云杰强调，价格战不是好的选择，打价格战表面上看对消费者好，便宜了，但长久来讲牺牲了行业发展的健康状况。
他指出，“真正要做的是什么？给消费者提供一个有高性价比的产品，我付了3000块钱，但我可以得到4000块钱的价值，这件事是更有意义的，并不是把3000块钱产品打到900块钱1000块钱，而是让它更有价值，这个方向更重要。”（新浪财经 刘丽丽）
