6月25日消息，东方甄选正式宣布推出自营红薯粉条，公布配料表只有“红薯淀粉、水”。
据悉，东方甄选推出这一产品，源于红薯粉条曾多次引发消费者焦虑。2024年，多个品牌红薯粉条被媒体曝光不含红薯成分，实际掺杂了木薯粉等，“红薯粉不含红薯”成为全社会高度关注的食品安全问题。为响应用户需求，东方甄选产品团队开始深入供应链调研，从原料到生产工艺全程介入，最终于6月25日推出自营纯红薯粉条。
官方介绍显示，东方甄选的红薯粉条，主打“纯红薯淀粉制作”，配料表高度精简为“红薯淀粉含量≥85%，水”，不添加木薯淀粉、明矾等。为进一步确保透明公开，东方甄选在商品详情页公布检测报告，针对木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉等成分，将粉条成品进行植物基检测，结果均显示“未检出”。
据介绍，6月25日起，东方甄选自营红薯粉条在东方甄选APP面向会员首发，6月28日将登陆东方甄选直播间及官方店铺，面向全网正式开售。（李姝）
