长实集团(01113.HK) 位于沙田豪宅项目名日-九肚山今日(25日)推出1伙全新三房高层向海单位，定于下周一(30日)以招标形式发售。
是次招标单位为第1座23楼B室的海景大宅，面积1,053平方呎，为三房一套房连工作间间隔，客厅及所有卧室均坐向东南，可饱览沙田海景及马场景。
长江实业营业经理詹勋荣表示，名日-九肚山至今已售出超过八成单位，目前仅余少量三及四房现楼大宅供应。
此外，发展商亦定于本周六(28日)首次发售全数共170个住客私家车车位，每车位划一定价为250万元，仅限现有业主认购，售完即止。根据销售安排，首轮时段将开放予已于早前购入指定单位并享有优先车位认购权之业主。
