智通财经APP讯，璋利国际(01693)发布公告，于可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人会议上，合共109名可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人(相当于总赎回金额约3758.66万林吉特)参与会上所提呈决议案的投票，其中2965.67万票(相当于总赎回金额约2965.67万林吉特)为赞成票;及787.72万票(相当于总赎回金额约787.72万林吉特)为反对票，涉及批准延长到期日及建议可赎回有抵押贷款债券资本化的决议案(该决议案)。由于超过四分之三的投票赞成该决议案，本公司已获得所需法定大多数可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人的支持，以于可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人会议上批准延长到期日及建议可赎回有抵押贷款债券资本化。
于可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人会议上，本公司亦建议待可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人批准建议赎回计划后，可赎回有抵押贷款债券持有人有权选择以若干等值物业方式全部或部分资本化赎回金额(建议物业置换)，该等物业目前抵押予受托人作为担保，用以担保BGMC Corporation就可赎回有抵押贷款债券承担的义务。
