汉思集团(00554.HK) 宣布，上周三(18日)获善水资本以每股均价0.3059元，增持3,460万股普通股股份，涉及价值约1,058.41万元。增持后，善水资本最新持股股数为3.14亿股，股权由6.59%升至7.4%。
自2020年，集团伙拍善水资本牵头的国际财团，透过汇达交通入主香港“城巴”及“新巴”两家专营巴士公司后，新管理团队推行了一系列措施，除重组巴士路线、引入自动化提升营运效率，亦完成两个专营权的合并，实现更强的协同效应。
此外，汇达交通积极开拓新的收入渠道，如推出“观光城巴”捕捉访港旅客的商机，并借着启德体育园在内的大型活动机遇争取广告合作，从多方面提升业务表现。(su/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
