智通财经APP讯，皓天财经集团(01260)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度取得的除税后溢利将不少于4000万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度取得的除税后亏损约为6650万港元。
年内溢利大幅增长乃主要由于：(i)出售╱终止确认按公平值计入其他全面收入的债务工具亏损较去年大幅减少;(ii)人民币兑港元贬值导致汇兑亏损较去年减少;(iii)银行存款利息收入增加;(iv)按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值变动收益(2024年：亏损)。
