SATS' (SGX:S58) chief financial officer, Manfred Seah, will step down from the role, effective July 25, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Shares of the company were up under 1% in recent trading.
Seah will assume the role of a special advisor with the company following his resignation, the filing added.
