近日，云南省发展和改革委员会批复了德宏傣族景颇族自治州瑞丽江灌区工程可行性研究报告，标志着该项目前期工作取得阶段性成果，为年内开工建设迈出关键一步。

　　瑞丽江灌区工程是列入国家、省“十四五”水利专项规划及水利领域“两重”实施方案支持建设的重大水利工程。瑞丽江灌区位于德宏州东南部，涉及芒市、陇川县和瑞丽市3个县（市）17个乡镇（街道），工程任务为农业灌溉和城乡供水，设计灌溉面积57.2万亩。项目区光热资源丰富，耕地相对集中连片，工程性缺水是制约项目区农业生产的主要问题。瑞丽江灌区工程建设内容主要由水源工程、引水工程、提水工程、渠系工程组成。

　　项目建成后，可有效发挥已建和新建水库的灌溉效益，打通供水“最后一公里”，提高灌区农业综合生产能力，改善城乡供水条件，对保障国家粮食安全、维护边疆地区稳定、实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接具有重要意义。
