路透6月25日 - 吉利德科学公司GILD.O与Kymera TherapeuticsKYMR.O周三表示，双方已达成一项选择权和许可协议，以支持一类抗癌药物的开发和销售。
作为交易的一部分，吉利德将支付高达7.5亿美元，其中包括高达8500万美元的预付款，以换取开发、生产和销售Kymera候选药物的全球选择权。
根据协议，Kymera 还有资格从这些药物的净销售额中获得分级版税。
与抑制相关蛋白作用的传统抗癌药物相比，Kymera 的药物旨在选择性地消除名为 CDK2 或细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶 2 的蛋白。
