全球指数提供商摩根士丹利资本国际（MSCI）周三表示，韩国再次未能被列入市场地位提升的观察名单，并强调韩国有必要致力于外汇市场改革和投资工具多样化。

　　MSCI表示，决定维持韩国的新兴市场地位不变，因为市场参与者认为，韩元在离岸外汇市场的可兑换性有限，是将韩国重新归类为发达市场的一个关键障碍。

　　韩国最初在2009年被列入有可能升级为发达市场并被纳入MSCI发达市场指数的观察名单，但由于限制外汇交易时间等缺陷，该国在2014年被除名。
