智通财经APP讯，鼎亿集团投资(00508)发布公告，与截至2024年3月31日止年度(上一年度)的8.62亿港元相比，集团预计截至2025年3月31日止年度(本年度)取得收入减少至2.8亿港元。此外，集团预计本年度取得净亏损约1.38亿港元，而上一年度则取得纯利约4000万港元。
本年度收入大幅减少乃由于就集团于中国所开发物业确认的销售额减少。本年度重大净亏损主要由于以下各项的综合影响所致：(1)毛利减少4810万港元;(2)应收贷款及利息减值亏损拨备约1260万港元(而上一年度为减值亏损拨回约8170万港元);(3)发展中物业及持作出售物业撇减1.4亿港元;及(4)部分被金融资产公平值变动产生的收益约3130万港元所抵销。
