Odaily星球日报讯 REX Shares 在 X 平台发文宣布，Solana 质押型 ETF“REX-Osprey SOL+Staking ETF”即将推出（coming soon），据悉该 ETF 旨在跟踪 Solana 的表现，同时通过链上质押产生收益，据称该 ETF 也是美国首个质押加密货币 ETF。此外，彭博高级 ETF 分析师 Eric Balchunas 在 X 平台披露称，美国证券交易委员会表示没有进一步的评论，所以看起来他们已经准备好启动。 此前消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）向 REX Shares 与 Osprey Funds 发出警告，称其拟推出的质押型以太坊与 Solana ETF 可能不符合《投资公司法》中“投资公司”的定义，未能满足 ETF 的法律合规要求。
