吴说获悉，港股上市公司 OSL 宣布已与收购实体 OSL BNXA Acquisition Inc. 及 Banxa 签订协议，拟以最高约 8520 万加元全资收购加密嵌入式基础设施提供商 Banxa。Banxa 在多伦多证券交易所创业板上市，业务覆盖欧美澳，并持有多项合规牌照。
