智通财经APP讯，优必选(09880)发布公告，周剑先生、邓峰先生及熊友军先生已获委任为第三届董事会执行董事;夏佐全先生、周志峰先生及陆宽先生已获委任为第三届董事会非执行董事;及何佳教授、姚新先生、董秀琴女士及熊辉先生已获委任为第三届董事会独立非执行董事。
公司举行公司职工代表大会，于会上选举刘明先生为第三届董事会职工代表董事。刘明先生将担任职工代表董事及执行董事，与其他董事一起组成第三届董事会。
(i)王琳女士退任执行董事且不再为董事会环境、社会及管治及可持续发展委员会成员;(ii)陈强先生退任非执行董事;(iii)赵杰先生退任独立非执行董事且不再为董事会提名委员会主席及董事会战略委员会成员;(iv)熊楚熊先生退任独立非执行董事且不再为董事会审核委员会主席及董事会薪酬与考核委员会和环境、社会及管治及可持续发展委员会成员;(v)潘福全先生退任独立非执行董事、薪酬与考核委员会主席且不再为审核委员会成员;及(vi)梁伟民先生退任独立非执行董事且不再为审核委员会和提名委员会成员，即时生效。
在退任执行董事后，王琳女士亦不再担任上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表，即时生效。董事会进一步宣布，于股东于临时股东会批准委任邓峰先生为执行董事后，邓峰先生即时获委任为授权代表。
