IT之家 6 月 27 日消息，韩媒 the bell 当地时间 25 日报道称，三星电子 HBM4 12Hi (36GB) 内存的出样准备工作已进入最后阶段。如果内部评估结果良好，三星计划在 7 月初向英伟达和 AMD 等主要客户供应 12 层堆叠 HBM4 的样品。

由于 SK 海力士和美光先后已于 2025 年 3 月和 6 月实现了 HBM4 12Hi 的出样，因此三星电子将成为最晚提供 HBM4 内存样品的主要供应商。据悉三星还计划在 8 月交付更高堆叠的 HBM4 16Hi（堆栈容量预计为 48GB）样品。

三星电子在 HBM4 中率先引入了第六代 10 纳米级工艺 (1c nm) 的 DRAM 芯片，试图扭转在 HBM3 (E) 世代遭遇的市场劣势。据悉三星在 1c nm DRAM 上进行了大胆的重新设计以提升性能表现。

如果三星的 HBM4 样品通过客户测试，则该企业预计将于今年底量产这一新型内存。不过虽然三星已有能力提供 HBM4 样品，但在 DRAM Die 和 HBM 堆栈的良率方面还有不小提升空间。
