BlockBeats 消息，6 月 27 日，据官方公告，OSL 集团（港交所：00863）宣布已于 6 月 27 日与收购实体 OSL BNXA Acquisition Inc. 及 Banxa 签订安排协议，拟通过计划安排方式收购 Banxa 全部股份，包括将在生效前由可转换票据转化而来的股份，总收购对价最高约为 8520 万加元。
Banxa 是注册于加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省并在多伦多证券交易所创业板上市的公司，专注于为企业提供加密货币嵌入式基础设施，其业务覆盖欧洲、北美和澳洲多个地区，并持有多项合规牌照。OSL 表示，此项收购符合集团在全球范围内扩展数字资产服务的战略规划，将进一步强化其作为合规数字资产服务商的市场地位。
