路透休斯顿6月26日 - 熟悉内情的消息人士称，乙烷贸易商Satellite Chemical USA和Vinmar International已收到美国政府信函，允许他们在驶往中国的船只上装载乙烷，但禁止未经授权在中国卸载乙烷。
在美国商务部发出这些信函之前，几周前美国商务部对向中国出口乙烷实施了许可要求，这一规定导致出口暂停，船只只能停泊或在美国墨西哥湾沿岸一带徘徊，无法继续前行。
业内人士和分析师说，信函可能被认为是美国政府准备取消这一限制。
据路透独家报道，美国周三还向Enterprise Products Partners EPD.N和Energy TransferET.N发出了类似信函。
