智通财经APP讯，莎莎国际(00178)发布公告，公司董事会于近期，收到公司执行董事、主席兼行政总裁郭少明博士、执行董事兼副主席郭罗桂珍博士，以及执行董事、首席财务总监及公司秘书钟明杰先生(统称“管理层”)通知，2025年6月25日至2025年6月26日期间，管理层以自有资金各自在公开市场购入公司普通股股份合计300万股股份。
其中，郭少明博士及郭罗桂珍博士透过二人共同持有的Sunrise Height Incorporated购入200万股股份，并将会继续增持股份，而钟明杰先生则购入100万股股份。据管理层告知，进行增持事项，是由于彼等对集团的业务及前景充满信心。
线下业务方面，集团会继续在港澳及东南亚物色合适的位置开拓线下业务，提升顾客在莎莎的消费体验。线上业务方面，中国内地的线上销售占2024/25财政年度当地总营业额超过80%;集团将持续提升线上销售的盈利及毛利率。
