若Rezpegaldesleukin 最终获批，该药物将成为一种规模效应堪比减肥药司美格鲁肽的重磅治疗药物，经过机构初步测算，其峰值年销售额有望超过20亿美元，足以让Nektar从依赖版税的商业模式跃升为以自有产品驱动营收的生物科技领军者之一。
