BlockBeats 消息，6 月 25 日，据东方财富网报道，中国金融租赁公告披露，原股东林树松及首都创投已向独立第三方 Longling Capital(要约人) 转让合计 1.21 亿股股份，占公司总股本约 34.96%，总代价为 4608 万港元。
根据公告，要约人拟按每股 0.38 港元的现金价格提出全面要约。该价格较公司停牌前收盘价 0.335 港元溢价 13.43%，预计此次全面要约涉资约 8574 万港元。要约人由美图公司创始人兼单一最大股东蔡文胜最终实益拥有。公告明确，要约截止后，其计划维持公司的上市地位。
公告中指出，蔡文胜表示有意将集团打造成资产管理平台，重点投资于香港的科技孵化公司，并加大在人工智能、Web3 产业及数字资产金融产品等领域的投资力度，致力于将集团发展为世界级的投资控股集团。
据行情数据，中国金融租赁股价现报 1.4 港元，24 小时涨幅达 317.91%。
