商汤股东大会决议全通过，王征被任命为新授权代表
商汤（00020/80020）发布公告，2025年6月26日的股东周年大会上，所有提呈的决议案均已通过。此次大会的投票结果显示，关于审计合并财务报表的决议案获得了99.999703%的支持，投票总数为16,553,681,770，反对票仅为49,100。选举新任执行董事的决议案也获得了高比例的支持，选举杨帆的支持率为99.993259%，王征的支持率为99.993259%。
公告还提到，董事会授权在不超过公司已发行股份总数的10%范围内进行股份回购，投票支持率为99.974090%。此外，董事会获得授权以配发和处置不超过公司已发行股份总数20%的新B类普通股，支持率为98.941283%。
此外，徐冰于大会结束后卸任执行董事，王征被任命为新的授权代表。整体而言，此次大会的决议案均获得股东的广泛支持，显示出股东对公司管理层的信任。
