　　第十六届新领军者年会于2025年6月24至26日在中国天津举办，主题为“新时代企业家精神”。国际货币基金组织（IMF）前副总裁、中国国际经济交流中心资深专家委员朱民出席并演讲。

　　朱民提到，2018年，特朗普第一任政府突然针对中国征收关税。当时，中国对美国的贸易顺差为3000亿美元。如今，中国对美国仍有3000亿美元的贸易顺差。这首先说明中国企业竞争力非常强。另外，中美之间互相依赖程度相对较高，这一点很难改变。

　　朱民表示，相信这种互相依赖性是全球化的基础。他认为，全球化一旦开始，就不可能逆转。
