1528 ET - Shake Shack's nationwide rollout of its Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake sees about 50 shakes being offered at each store each day. That should be a recipe for sellouts, TD Cowen analysts say. During a 30-day pilot of the shake in April, stores offered 25 shakes each day that often sold out before noon despite a presumably smaller marketing push than what the nationwide launch will see, the analysts say. It is therefore feasible that the company sells 50 shakes at each location daily in the early days of the nationwide offering, the analysts say. The shakes should drive incremental sales gains as customers come in for the shakes and buy other food items while they're there, the analysts say. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
