智通财经APP获悉，美国在线约会软件公司Bumble(BMBL.US)周三表示，将裁员约240人，占其全球员工总数的约30%。消息公布后，截至发稿，Bumble周三美股盘前大涨超15%。
Bumble表示，预计将因员工遣散费、福利及相关费用产生一次性支出约1300万至1800万美元，主要将在2025年第三季度和第四季度计入。该公司预计，此次裁员将有助于每年节省约4000万美元的成本，并计划将这部分节省下来的资金重新投资于产品和技术开发等项目。
此外，Bumble还上调了第二季度营收预期，从此前预测的2.35亿至2.43亿美元提高至2.44亿至2.49亿美元。
