Stocks to Watch: Torrid Holdings, FedEx, QuantumScape

Torrid Holdings shared plans for a secondary stock offering and a $20 million buyback. Shares fell 26% to $3.79 in after-hours trading Tuesday.

FedEx posted mixed results for its first quarter and didn't share a full-year outlook, as it usually does. Shares fell 5% to $217.45 after the market closed.

QuantumScape successfully integrated its Cobra separator process into baseline cell production, a key leap forward in its process for making solid-state batteries. Shares gained 25% to $5.40 in postmarket trade.
