北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 实习记者 周义力）6月25日，宁夏金融监管局发布《关于宁夏黄河农村商业银行股份有限公司定向募股方案的批复》，核准该行定向募股方案，募集新股6667万股，募集新股后，股份总数由173333万股增加到180000万股。
批复要求，宁夏黄河农村商业银行应根据《中国银保监会农村中小银行机构行政许可事项实施办法》等有关规定，加强股东资质审核，严格审查入股资金来源，投资人入股资金必须为合法自有资金，不得以委托资金、债务资金等非自有资金入股，并严格遵照有关法律法规完成变更事宜，完成变更后及时向宁夏金融监管局提出变更注册资本申请。
