6月27日晚，索尼官方对索尼相机电池是否有3C认证以及能否带上飞机等问题进行回应。就有用户的相机电池没有3C认证，其表示：“依据国家市场监督管理总局2023年3月发布的“关于对锂离子电池等产品实施强制性产品认证管理的公告（2023年第10号公告）”，2024年8月1日之后出厂或进口的锂离子电池产品均须取得3C认证，并标注有3C标志。索尼相关产品均已按上述要求已取得3C认证，并符合国家相关法律法规及标准。在此之前出厂或进口的相关电池产品并不在3C认证目录内，也无需取得3C认证。但索尼相关产品均符合国家相关的法律法规及标准，用户可以放心使用。”就索尼相机电池能否带上飞机这一问题，其表示：“根据民航局2025年6月26日发布的公告，自6月28日起禁止旅客携带没有3C标识、3C标识不清晰、被召回型号或批次的充电宝乘坐境内航班。索尼的相机电池不属于“充电宝”的界定范畴。我们将持续关注民航局的执行细则更新。由于不同机场执行标准可能有所不同，实际管控要求以当地机场规定为准。为确保您的行程顺利，建议您提前与所乘航班的航空公司及出发机场确认具体要求，感谢理解。”
