6月24日，资深媒体人春蔚发布了一则当当创始人李国庆的专访视频。视频中，李国庆谈及当年卓越网卖身亚马逊一事，并直言“卖低了”。

李国庆表示，“我都觉得卓越卖低了，我都找雷军，我跟陈年说，我说你们使劲抬价，反正老兄我肯定不卖。”

李国庆还提到当年亚马逊出价1.5亿美元要收购当当，不过李国庆没同意，亚马逊转身买了卓越网，“怎么凑巧，进我董事会的都是谨慎派，犹豫了。那犹豫了，我也接受了。收缩中我不放弃，不下牌桌。我跟分管百货的高级副总说，别焦虑、别紧张，你亏这点算什么，一年给你一个亿亏，对手亏100个亿。真的，不是开玩笑。连续5年亏80亿，你销售额是他1/3、1/5、1/10，我都接受。”

据了解，2000年雷军与陈年共同创办卓越网。2004年，卓越网被亚马逊以7500万美元收购。
