6月26日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对潍坊经济区城市建设投资发展集团有限公司及“22潍经投专项债/22潍经债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持潍坊经济区城市建设投资发展集团有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“22潍经投专项债/22潍经债”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，公司是潍坊经济开发区唯一的基础设施建设主体，跟踪期内继续从事潍坊经济开发区内的基础设施建设、房屋销售和房屋出租等业务。截至2024年末，公司注册资本为20.00亿元，实收资本为1.63亿元；潍坊三农创新发展集团有限公司为公司控股股东，潍坊市国有资产监督管理委员会为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，潍坊市经济实力很强，寒亭区经济运行总体平稳；跟踪期内，公司作为潍坊经济开发区唯一的基础设施建设主体，相关业务仍具有很强的区域专营性，继续得到实际控制人及相关方的支持；中合中小企业融资担保股份有限公司对“22潍经投专项债/22潍经债”提供的全额无条件不可撤销连带责任保证担保仍具有很强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司代建类项目结算进度缓慢，自营类项目推进缓慢；整体资产流动性依然较差；偿债能力受区域融资环境、其他国企财务状况及负面舆情影响大；对外担保面临较大的代偿风险；整体盈利能力仍较弱。综上所述，东方金诚维持公司主体信用等级为AA，评定展望为稳定，维持“22潍经投专项债/22潍经债”信用等级为AAA。
