智通财经APP讯，乙德投资控股(06182)发布公告，根据上市规则附录C1项下企业管治守则新守则条文第B.3.5条(将自2025年7月1日起生效)，董事会宣布执行董事冯碧美女士已获委任为董事会提名委员会(提名委员会)的成员，自2025年6月25日起生效。于上述委任后，提名委员会包括五名成员，即卢永锠先生(主席)、冯碧美女士、舒华东先生、谭伟德先生及谭永乐先生。
