6月27日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对海南省农垦投资控股集团有限公司及“21海垦V1”、“23海南农垦MTN001”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持海南省农垦投资控股集团有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“21海垦V1”、“23海南农垦MTN001”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，海南省农垦投资控股集团有限公司主营天然橡胶、热带高效农业业务，辅以房地产、商业物流及金融保险等业务，控股股东和实际控制人仍为海南省国有资产监督管理委员会。
评级报告认为，跟踪期内海南省经济发展平稳，公司未来发展仍具有良好的外部环境；公司仍是全球最大的的天然橡胶生产企业，跟踪期内天然橡胶业务规模持续扩大；丰富的土地资源为天然橡胶等业务的开展提供有力支撑；公司融资渠道畅通，所持海南橡胶未质押股份市值较高，财务弹性强。另一方面，东方金诚关注到，2024年公司利润总额对非经常性损益依赖仍很大；有息债务继续增长，地产在建项目未来投资金额仍较大，面临一定资本支出压力。
