　　香港上市公司Home Control（01747.HK）公布，摩根士丹利管理的私募基金将所持74.02%股权，出售予OPH Health Pte． Ltd创始人杨豪放（Eric Yang），每股作价0.616港元，较停牌前折让39.61%，总代价2.3亿港元。

　　根据收购守则，杨豪放提出强制全面收购要约，每股作价同为0.616港元，最高代价8109.64万港元，强调不会提高作价。

　　交易完成后，杨豪放将成为执行董事，OPH Health Pte． Ltd投资总监马鹰任非执行董事。周巍、方又圆，则辞任非执行董事。
