Aerometrex (ASX:AMX) said it renewed its agreement with Landchecker for the sale of a fixed number of tailored MetroMap licenses through to June 30, 2027, with the option of an extension for another two years, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Landchecker will pay Aerometrex a minimum annual payment fee of AU$1.5 million for the fixed number of licenses for fiscal 2026 and 2027.
The minimum commitment was raised to AU$3 million through to fiscal 2027, and there is an option to extend through to fiscal 2029 with a minimum commitment of over AU$3.2 million. The variable license fee remains in place for licenses above the fixed license limit.
