　　伯克希尔哈撒韦公司发布公告称，今天，巴菲特将8239股A股转换为12358500股B股，以便向五家基金会捐赠12358321股伯克希尔·哈撒韦B类股：

　　向比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金会信托捐赠9433839股，向苏珊·汤普森·巴菲特基金会捐赠943384股，向舍伍德基金会、霍华德·G·巴菲特基金会和诺沃基金会各捐赠660366股。

　　这些捐赠将于6月30日交付。

　　巴菲特目前持有伯克希尔的股份包括198117股A股和1144股B股。

　　按照周五伯克希尔B股收盘价485.6美元计算，巴菲特对上述五家基金会的捐赠额度达60亿美元。
