6月26日金融一线消息，建设银行今日发布董事会会议决议公告，关于聘任本行审计部总经理的议案，聘任张双勇担任建设银行审计部总经理。

　　此外，会议同意梁锦松担任建设银行董事会风险管理委员会主席，自该行 2024 年度股东大会结束时生效。
