上海联合产权交易所信息显示，中信青岛资产管理有限公司66.67%股权在该所挂牌转让，转让底价接近30.14亿元。该笔股权转让方为中信百年资产管理有限公司，后者持股66.67%。中信青岛资产管理有限公司于2015年9月成立，次年2月正式获得批量收购处置金融机构不良资产业务资质，成为全国首家市级AMC公司。2021年8月，公司由中信集团控股，更名为中信青岛资产管理有限公司。
