美光推出 Micron 2600 SSD:引入自适应写入技术提升QLC性能

IT之家 6 月 27 日消息,美光(Micron)近日面向 OEM 客户推出了一款Micron 2600 QLC SSD,这款 SSD 采用 PCIe 4.0 接口,提供512GB-2TB版本及 M.2 2230/2242/2280 三种尺寸,读速至高7299 MB/s,写速至高6500MB/s,号称性能表现足以与TLC争高下。

IT之家获悉,Micron 2600 结合了 Phison PS5029-E29T 主控芯片与美光自家的 276 层 G9 QLC NAND 闪存,采用无 DRAM 缓存设计,使用单面 PCB,适用于台式机、笔记本电脑及常见的各种游戏掌机。

为弥补 QLC 闪存在持续写入性能上的劣势,美光在该系列中引入了 AdaptiveWrite Technology 自适应写入技术。也就是新数据先写入 SLC,当 SLC 缓存满后,再转入 TLC;当 SLC 和 TLC 区域都写满后,SSD 空闲时再将数据迁移到 QLC 区域,并释放 SLC / TLC 用于后续写入。通过这种动态缓存策略,SSD 能在不同负载下持续保持较高的写入性能
