6月28日，联合资信公布评级报告，广东粤财投资控股有限公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(粤港澳大湾区)(第二期)(品种一)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，广东粤财投资控股有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为广东省人民政府直属的金融投资控股平台企业，在推动广东省区域经济发展和金融体系建设方面承担了重要职责，区域地位突出。公司在金融领域广泛布局，已形成以商业银行、不良资产管理、信托、融资担保和融资租赁等为主的多元化金融业务架构，同时还参股基金等金融类企业股权，具备很强的综合竞争力。跟踪期内，公司内控及风险管理情况良好；2024年，公司经营情况稳定，各项业务稳步发展，营业总收入同比小幅下降，利润总额同比微增，整体盈利能力维持较强水平；得益于股东增资，资本实力进一步增强，杠杆水平较高，偿债能力较强。
