智通财经APP讯，绿色动力环保(01330)发布公告，该公司(甲方)于2025年6月27日与亚洲联合基建控股有限公司(乙方)签订《战略合作协议》，以促进双方的共同发展和长远合作。
双方合作的重点地区包括境外东亚、东南亚、西亚等参与共建“一带一路”的国家和地区。本着资源共享、合作共赢的原则，在合作区域内，共同拓展以城市垃圾处理为重点的可再生能源的发展机会，在同等条件下，双方优先选择与对方合作。双方可根据业务发展需要，围绕产业链上下游、主业延伸的战略新兴产业等领域机遇，积极开展双方认为需要的其他合作。
双方签署本协议有利于公司拓展海外垃圾处理业务，做大做强垃圾焚烧发电主业。
