China Overseas Property Holdings Ltd. has announced a change in its management team, appointing Ms. Ng, Yat Wing Athena, a non-executive director, as a member of the Nomination Committee effective from June 27, 2025. The Nomination Committee now consists of five members, including Mr. Zhang Guiqing as chairman, and directors Mr. Yung, Wing Ki Samuel, Mr. So, Gregory Kam Leung, Mr. Lim, Wan Fung Bernard Vincent, and Ms. Ng, Yat Wing Athena.
