Oppenheimer 分析师 Owen Lau 表示，标准普尔 500 指数的纳入、参议院通过的 GENIUS 法案以及 Circle 的强劲表现否定了针对 Coinbase 的虚假叙述，人们幡然醒悟。此前制约 Coinbase 发展的两大因素——手续费压缩问题（实际并未发生，相反 Coinbase 持续盈利并因此入选标普 500 指数）与监管不确定性都正在消散，尽管多数人认为国会难以达成共识，但《GENIUS 法案》的通过已成为既定事实。
即便 Coinbase 本月股价已飙升 44%，花旗集团金融科技研究主管 Devin Ryan 仍认为其股价存在进一步上涨空间。他指出，市场尚未充分认识到 Coinbase 与 Circle Internet Group 的密切合作关系——Circle 于 6 月 5 日在纽交所上市后股价已暴涨超 500%。
