Impactive Capital did so through the purchase of 750,000 Marriott Vacations shares from June 17, 2025, through June 18, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $67.61 to $68.11. Following the latest purchases, Impactive Capital continues to own 11.7% of Marriott Vacations' outstanding stock. Shares of Marriott Vacations have lost roughly 17.2% of their value since the beginning of this year.

Mission Produce (AVO)

Globalharvest Holdings Venture raised its stake in the avocado and mango sourcer, producer, and distributor to 5,300,970 shares. Beach Point Capital Management reduced its stake in the financial and retail technology company to 1,639,846 shares. Beach Point Capital did so through the sale of 248,083 Diebold Nixdorf shares from April 29, 2025, through June 16, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $43.80 to $51.87. Following the latest sales, Beach Point Capital continues to own 4.4% of Diebold Nixdorf's outstanding stock, placing them below the 5% threshold that requires them to report further purchases or sales. Shares of Diebold Nixdorf have gained approximately 25.3% in value since the beginning of this year.

Asbury Automotive Group $(ABG)$

Impactive Capital lowered its stake in the automotive retailer to 1,247,027 shares. Impactive Capital did so through the sale of 163,704 Asbury Automotive shares from June 17, 2025, through June 23, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $235.32 to $238.94, after buying 101,534 shares on April 30, 2025, at $212.83 to $218.24 apiece. Following the latest activity, Impactive Capital continues to own 6.3% of Asbury Automotive Group's outstanding stock. Shares of Asbury Automotive have gained approximately 1.8% in value since the beginning of this year.
