智通财经APP讯，商汤-W(00020)发布公告，委任杨帆先生及王征先生各自为执行董事已于股东周年大会上获股东批准。
如5月30日公告所载，徐冰先生已于股东周年大会结束后卸任执行董事及董事会秘书。于徐冰先生卸任后，徐冰先生不再担任上市规则第3.05条规定公司的授权代表及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下代表公司在中国香港接受法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)。
王征先生，公司执行董事，已获委任为授权代表，自股东周年大会结束后生效，而林洁敏女士将继续担任公司的法律程序文件代理人。
