净利润减少乃主要由于报告期内经济及商业环境波动导致预期信贷亏损增加，因而就融资租赁及其他应收款项确认减值亏损拨备净额;及财政年度结算日变更的影响，截至2024年3月31日止报告期涵盖十五个月，而报告期仅涵盖十二个月。截至本公告日期，本集团一直就双方同意的还款计划进行商讨及磋商，旨在收回未清偿的应收款余额。此外，参考往年减值损失准备的余额，本集团已收回多年来提供的大部分应收款项。
