智通财经APP讯，拉近网娱(08172)发布公告，于2025年6月26日(联交所交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理(作为公司的代理)有条件同意尽最大努力促使目前预计不少于六名承配人按每股配售股份0.241港元的配售价认购最多8418.26万股配售股份，该等承配人及其最终实益拥有人将为独立第三方。
假设公司的已发行股本自本公布日期起至完成日期止期间并无变动，最多8418.26万股配售股份占公司经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大后已发行股本约16.67%。每股配售股份0.241港元的配售价较(i)股份于2025年6月26日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.300港元折让约19.67%。
所得款项净额估计约为2000万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用于集团的一般营运资金及╱或用于未来进一步发展现有及潜在业务及投资机会。
