智通财经APP讯，恒益控股(01894)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年3月31日止年度(2025年度)将取得亏损不少于约2000万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度取得亏损约410万港元。
市况恶化导致预期信贷亏损大幅增加。于截至2025年3月31日止年度，董事会注意到若干客户及整个建造业所面对的流动资金问题及财务状况。考虑到近期的还款趋势及付款延迟情况增加，集团预期将就账龄较长的贸易应收款项确认额外的预期信贷亏损。此项调整反映信贷风险恶化及建造业的不确定性。
毛利减少。截至2025年3月31日止年度，新投标项目的利润率下降，加上价格竞争继续对经营构成挑战，对年内毛利率造成不利影响。此外，由于设计工作复杂、设计及施工计划变动频繁，导致建筑材料成本、安装费用、设计及劳工成本上升，因而导致年内毛利率下降。
