智通财经APP讯，中国三三传媒(08087)公布，于2025年6月26日(联交所交易时段后)，配售代理与公司订立配售协议，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多2160万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份0.70港元，较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.80港元折让约12.5%。
预期配售事项最高净筹约1480万港元，约980万港元用于扩展支付牌照和预付卡业务及获取其他金融牌照;及约500万港元用作集团的一般营运资金。
