周五提交的文件显示，戴尔科技首席执行官迈克尔·戴尔出售了其同名电脑公司价值12亿美元的股票，持股量减少了约3%。
根据彭博亿万富翁指数，现年60岁的戴尔以1354亿美元的财富位列全球第12大富豪。即便在此次出售1000万股戴尔科技股票之后，他仍持有这家计算机巨头近390亿美元的股份。
这位亿万富翁的资产中约有三分之一是戴尔科技股票，其余部分主要为博通股票以及之前股票出售所得的现金。
据了解，戴尔在去年9月份也曾两次出售各1000万股股票，套现超过23亿美元。
自5月29日戴尔科技公布好于市场预期的年度盈利指引以来，其股价已上涨逾9% 。该公司还向投资者透露，用于运行人工智能网络的服务器订单大幅增加。
戴尔科技公司近期强势复苏，过去一年股价飙涨逾50%。该公司凭借人工智能服务器业务带来的营收激增，在时隔十年后重新获纳入标普500指数。
